£25.00 per hour
Waiting time incurred at collection or delivery point is charged at £25.00 per hour (or proportion of) after the first 20 minutes.
Having the consignment and access arrangements ready can help avoid delays.
Return journeys
50% of the mileage rate
Where a Courier is booked to deliver and return with a consignment, the return portion of the journey will be charged at 50% of the mileage rate, assuming that the return journey is urgent and has to be done immediately.

All consignments are covered to the value of £100,000 whilst in our possession.

Can I calculate my price using the mileage example?
Use it to understand the calculation, not as a universal rate calculator. The published example is for a small van from Liverpool to Birmingham. Contact us to confirm the applicable rate and total for your vehicle and route.
Are there separate extraordinary costs?
The published “Extraordinary Costs” entry repeats the return-journey condition above and does not list a separate charge. If your delivery involves unusual arrangements, discuss them with us when requesting your quote.
